Just got off the phone with my Neteller source. He claims business as usual for all non US residents.

He claims US residents can still use Neteller for non insta-cash transactions for the next month or so but Neteller is planning on discontinuing US service in the coming months.

I agree, but for the time being it can be a pain in the ass. I have all my money out of neteller or at least on the debit card.

Pretty much felt my money was safest at some of the bigger poker rooms like poker stars.

They will stop making transfers to merchants but you should be able to cash out no problem after they stop. The rumor is you will have 2 weeks but have no confirmation on that.

this is what the REP told me minus the 2 weeks deal when I asked if they were going to close to US ....at least 2 weeks is not to bad

The two reps I talked to both said they are awaiting the final version of the law. They have been saying this all along.
